- The OWAtecta Partition system has the European Technical Approval (ETA-08/0258). The CE mark which allows the Approval holder to sell certified products in all European Union countries is issued for the compliance with the above mentioned Approval.
Information regarding the adjustable Q system:
- The OWAtecta cleanRoom partition system has been divided into three subsystems that use different corner types and aluminium profiles used in wall/floor, wall/wall and wall/ceiling connections.
This system is a developed L system. The construction of a wall/floor connection is thinner than the wall thickness which allows to flush the PVC floor on the wall surface.
Additional aluminium elements are used in order to create the proper radius the possibility to adjust the height of a floor track is useful when the floor is not perfectly even.
This system is used when a high hygienical standard and GMP compliance is required.
Panel information:

Panels are made out of painted and galvanized Steel sheets, to which the core material is glued with polyurethane glue. Metal facings ate mounted to the panel frame, which is made of galvanized steel profiles. The frame is the main load bearing construction and provides the stiffness to the panel. Steel profiles are jointed in the corners with the use of durable plastic elements made out of ABS.
In order to fulfil the project requirements in the most convenient way , panels can be produced in non standard dimensions (width < 1200mm). This operation can significantly reduce or in some cases completely eliminate the cutting and adjusting of panel dimensions on the construction site. Identical panels are used in OWAtecta ceiling systems.
Panel connection:
- Panels are jointed together with the use of aluminium profiles which provides 3 mm gap between the panels. This gap is filled with silicone after the assembly process. Aluminium profile is a universal part of the whole OWAtecta cleanRoom partition system. This profile is used in vertical /horizontal connections for panels, windows, system doors and is also used as a joint in OWAtecta ceiling systems.
Windows:
- Precisely designer 50 mm wide windows are an import ant part of the OWAtecta cleanRoom partition system. The 5mm thick glasses located on both sides of the window provide a smooth connection between the panel and the window surface.
Windows are assembled with the use of standard aluminium joints which makes the assembles process fast and easy.
Likewise in case of wall panels, window dimensions can be fully customized to the customer’s demand.
Doors:
- OWAtecta cleanRoom partition system include single and double leaf doors which similarly to the Windows Has been designer as a part of the system with easy assembly. Door frame and door leaf thickness is identical as the wall panels – 50mm. The door frame is designed and shaped to use the same aluminium profile as a connector like in the case of a wall panels.
Both the steel grade and the core material used as an infill of the door is the same as the materials used in partition and ceiling panels.
Door frame and door leaf dimensions can be customized to the customer’s request.
Electrical installation inside the panel:
- In order to provide easy access to electric al cables located inside the panel, the partition system uses 20mm PVC tubes placed in strictly required places inside the panel. It is possible to use more than one PVC tube inside one panel.
Additional strengthening inside panels exceeding 4500mm:
- 4,5m panels are equipped with an additional steel profile which provides additional stiffness.
Demountable panel:
- Partition system incorporate a solution which allow to disassemble a part of the partition which was raised with the use of special aluminium profiles and screws. After removing all screws and aluminium profiles the panel can be easily removed.
